1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and order. Your contributions will directly impact our operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following proper guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and goal achievement.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.
• Perform tasks efficiently within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in varied temperatures and environments.
