Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in attaining goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Show strong organization, efficiency, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
