1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a valued member of our warehouse operation, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock in a timely manner to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
