Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations and ensuring timely stock fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
• Provide feedback to optimize warehouse processes and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse tasks involving bending, standing, reaching, and lifting.
