1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
