Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
