Job Description

Join our team as a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. From receiving and selecting stock to ensuring efficient order fulfillment, our warehouse operations play a crucial role in delivering quality products to our stores. As a member of our dedicated team, you will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following comprehensive training and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to efficiently fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the warehouse team.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting weights up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
