1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Act independently and assist in achieving goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Perform various physical tasks in the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
