Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, where our warehouse operations ensure the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Our teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic environment for hardworking individuals. This position offers competitive starting wages at $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
