Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise in the warehouse for shipment to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
