1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time role, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The position involves various schedules, with duties including receiving stock, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively within the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness and collaboration.

• Efficiency in organization and execution.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
