1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a vital part of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock while maintaining warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining cleanliness.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide inputs for process improvements.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
