Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This full-time position offers competitive wages, benefits, and a supportive work environment. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drives for success and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environment.
