1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate within designated area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
