1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
