1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates product integrity, safety, and a positive attitude in work.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks to meet productivity standards.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
