Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the Aldi team. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading and unloading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support warehouse management goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
