1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
