Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process enhancements and quality control.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientious work habits and collaboration with the team.
- Show resilience, drive for success, and efficiency in work execution.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Capability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
