1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a driven 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and relocating stock, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse management to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
