Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, keeping track of inventory.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer suggestions for process improvements to management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
