2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure efficient fulfillment of store orders, maintaining product quality, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and identify safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
