Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with a team effectively.
• Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
