2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
