Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and notify management of any product quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
