Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The position offers competitive pay based on shifts and schedules, starting at up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
- Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
