Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, managing inventory counts, and collaborating with the warehouse team and leadership. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, ensuring product quality and safety, and contributing to achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
