Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, handling, organizing, and shipping merchandise to ensure efficient operations.

Shift Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
• Hourly Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work habits and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
