2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $24.50 per hour and various schedule options to suit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while achieving assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious work behavior and collaborates effectively with the team.
• Shows resilience, drive for success, organizational efficiency, and positive attitude.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise for deliveries and work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
