2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks such as receiving and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
