2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. Our ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to perform physically demanding tasks, and dedicated to maintaining ALDI's high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
