Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling stock, relocating merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of products to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
