2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a warehouse associate, you will be an essential part of our hardworking team, operating in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide comprehensive training and a strong focus on safety to equip our associates with the necessary skills for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place items up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
