2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, gripping, and walking throughout the warehouse.
