Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 45 hours per week with a starting salary of $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Monitor and manage expenses and inventory efficiently.
• Create a safe working environment by identifying and rectifying hazards.
• Collaborate with peers and management to drive success.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to adapt under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret operating policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
