2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
