2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits for the right candidate. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate and cooperate with team members and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and maintain warehouse standards.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
