2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our warehouse operations team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies with strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
