2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the team to fulfill store orders.

Shift Details

• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
• Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour.
• Shift Timing: 2nd Shift, starting at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
