2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Continuous movement and work in varying temperatures.
