2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and a drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
