2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, your role involves efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring exceptional service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
