We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing product deliveries for our stores. Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve performance goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
