2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient flow of stock.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, fulfilling store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counting and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and adapt to challenges.
• Efficiently organize tasks and follow company standards.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work in varying temperatures.
