2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
