2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will perform various warehouse duties to ensure efficient stock management and timely deliveries to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
