2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. You will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality standards. This part-time position offers competitive starting wages at $25.75 per hour, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
