2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide input to management.
• Inspect product quality and safety, adhering to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks while adhering to company policies.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
