2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Your responsibilities will include efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and ensure product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
