2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour. The role involves stocking, organizing, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input for process improvements and interact effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
